Returns/Exchange Policy

In this policy, the use of the words ‘We’, ‘Our’, ‘Us’, ‘Latch’, ‘Latch Apparel’ refers to ‘LATCH APPAREL CO PTY. LTD.’ (ABN: 15 607 420 842). Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to our valued customers and users.

Thank you for your recent purchase from Latch Apparel Co, we value our customers and their satisfaction with our products above all else. Our products are known to last, we hope our customers do too.

If, however, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are eligible to return your item(s) for an exchange as long as the product meets the Terms & Conditions below. You must download and complete the Return Form below and return your package with the form enclosed. Any packages returned to us without the Return Form enclosed will be automatically returned to the sender. We are pleased to offer free return shipping on all exchanges.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

All returns and exchanges are subject to Australian Consumer Laws.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date as quoted with the online invoice.

All returning products must be in resalable condition which includes all of the following:

  • All original tags still attached
  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • No stains or dyes
  • Returned with any accompanying accessories such as stickers and booklets

Failing to meet these requirements will result in the product being automatically returned to the sender and the exchange denied.

Full refunds are only issued for products that have any manufacturing defects, this includes the refund of any shipping costs incurred by the customer. We do not provide refunds simply for change of mind. Please email us via inquiries@latchapparel.com.au if you believe you have received a defective product.

While we do our best to amend your order, please allow up to 5 business days for your return/exchange to be completed. This timeframe can vary during public holiday periods, your patience is appreciated.

We are not responsible for any packages shipped back to us that become lost during transit. The customer must resolve this with their nominated postage/courier service. If the issue is not resolved and we do not receive the product within the 30-day timeframe, we are unable to provide an exchange. We highly recommend using an insured method of shipping (with a tracking number) when returning packages to us.

LATCH APPAREL CO PTY. LTD. reserves the right to modify and change the recorded 'Returns/Exchange’ at any time. Any changes to this policy will be available to view on our website and will be effective immediately.
